I can't even express my frustration other than to say I will never step foot in a Lowe's again. We purchased 5 bathroom faucets, 5 bathroom light fixtures and 1 shower head. We were told they would be delivered within days so we gave the go ahead to our contractor to begin our bathroom remodel. We called a week later to check on the progress and heard they were delayed since they initially couldn't find the faucets, but had found them at another store and were having them sent. The entire time our home bathrooms are ripped apart and our contractor is waiting, unable to proceed without the faucets. A full week later I called the 800 number to inquire about the status and learned the lights had been delivered to the store two days earlier, but neither the faucets nor shower head were there. No one called to tell me the lights were even shipped, let alone delivered. I immediately went in to pick up the lights and inquired about the faucets and shower head. I learned the faucets and shower head order had been cancelled without our knowledge and the sales person saw fit to reorder the shower head on our credit card without our knowledge or authorization the following day. So our bathroom remodel has been on hold for over a week waiting for faucets that I have now learned aren't coming, not to mention a sales person's unauthorized use of our credit card to reorder something he shouldn't have cancelled in the first place. Home Depot is around the corner and they will get ALL of our business in the future.
