I want to love this place because it's close by. However, the staff is horrible and the food is very inconsistent. The staff could care less about customer service. The best example of this is probably when I ordered a ham and cheese calzone for take out. They basically took a cheese calzone that was obviously made quite some time ago, sliced it open and shoved some sliced deli ham in and then closed it like a sandwich. Definitely something you would never see in NY and they do claim to be authentic. I called to speak with the manager and she argued with me about it. Really? The owners need to take a good look at who is working for them and how things are being done. Such a shame really...
