Just don't do it!!! We paid for a daybed. The advertisement says dedicated waitress. There is one for the whole pool. No one showed us which one was ours. No helping with anything, yet the staff who rents them out gets an automatic 18% gratuity. Our daybed was gross, thank goodness for the towels. Once we got our daybed we noticed that lots of the patrons on the daybeds didn't have wristbands to show they paid. No one bothered to check until I complained. I paid why do they get it for free. They offered us a second day for free to make up for it. Appears again that they are free for everyone. Next stop will be the manager for the hotel. We will never come here again.
