Dr. Q is a great doctor and a nice person, but his front desk ladies are the worst. If Hispanic patients come they will always go first and the rest have to wait longer. I can't understand their walk in and appointment, I had an appointment at 05:30 and they called me at 06:30. What does an appointment mean to them. I just go there because of Dr. Q, otherwise I would never waist my time waiting for hours.
