I'd give NoDa Yoga 10 stars--for all of the great teachers I met and all of the super special classes that I took. My time spent at NoDa Yoga rocked! Every teacher was wonderful and I learned something new each time I attended class. On Thursday morning, I attended two wonderful classes--vinyasa with Jenny and restorative with Katie. The yoga centre is centrally located and beautifully maintained. There's a massage and a reiki area--which I'll try next time. There's a cute retail section. You can rent mats and buy water. It's very bright and comfortable. I like how there is a "buddha wall" in this yoga shala---so you'll hear the teacher say, "Turn toward the 'buddha'' instead of giving cues to turn right and left. It's a very special place!
