STAY AWAY! Switched from Verizon more than two months ago and still going back and forth between customer service and the store. the manager messed up my account and lied about the promotions available. she is very incompetent! She has offered to pay my ETF for my tablet, gave them the tablet and the line, she added a tablet line on my account and didn't tell me and she didn't even give me a tablet replacement. Then, I waited for my 175 ETF for the line, that she never processed it, when I went to the store again! she called customer service and had them add the 100 and said they will process the 75 in a week, its been 10 days, nothing added to my account and called customer service AGAIN and they said I don't qualify for it. they also said the promotion she told me ill get which is 150 for switching at that time and 600 for ETF with Verizon for my device, ill get both of them. The representative from the Rebate department stated that I can get one not both! and why would I get the 150 instead of the 600??? who would that? so now, the 150 was processed already and they cant cancel it and I wont get the 600 to pay Verizon for the ETF! that's how incompetent she is, untrained and just winging managing that store! and who has to pay for her mess? the customer. So, I will be moving forward with legal action. the amount of time I spent on this, is ridiculous. I won't go there again even though it is 1 mile away from me, I have driven there so many times that it doesn't even matter how close or convenient the location is. I want real customer service , not kids running it.
