Was in town for my sons football game and decided to stay overnight. Found this place online and when I arrived, the receptionist advised us that she would be leaving at 11pm and no one else would be in for the night. Asked for two extra towels and wash cloths and she told me that I would have to bring her my old ones first. This was 10:58 pm and she saw that I had my wife and two sons with me. I informed her that a shower aould take more than two minutes and asked her what to do about a shower and she stated that there was nothing that she could do. After returning the two towels and wash cloths the next morning, the next receptionist stated with a laugh that she was all out. This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I would like my money back.
