This is a mixed review. I really do like this place. HOWEVER.....last night I called and spoke with Maddie. Explained to her that for some reason my results of this last appointment(2 weeks ago) were not as successful as the last 3 times. She was rude! Did not give me a possible explanation as to why or what could be going on ( I am new to this so I really was just calling to get some answers.) I was then told I had to book for a full refill even though it had only been 2 weeks. I had been going 3 to 4 weeks successfully. I went ahead and booked but then had to call her right back to change that date. She was rude both times I spoke to her. Everyone is really nice there and I have never had a bad experience. But this does put a damper on my experience there. Oh and by the way I never did get any answers.
UPDATE: This is why I really do like this place. After the review I spoke to someone there and she was nice and very informative. Needless to say I rescinded my cancellation of membership and will continue to have my lashes done by them. A little information goes a long way.
