Long story short, if you'd like the full story head over to "Safeway Home Grocery Delivery"s page to see my review with the back story but Carlos, a Manager, at this location is the ONLY reason that I will continue to spend money with the Safeway brand. He was the only person willing to work with me after purchasing over $150 worth of groceries for a home delivery that never showed up. We rescheduled the delivery for the next day and they didn't show up AGAIN. Carlos then allowed us to come into the store, pick our items off the shelves and take them home so we had food in the house for the week. Safeway should cut all association and contracts with Dotcom (the company that runs the delivery service) because their customer service is horrendous. Not only did they not make the delivery twice but they never contacted us to let us know they weren't coming and refused to do ANYTHING except offer a refund which would take 7-10 days to process. Like I said, Carlos from the Safeway off 40th and Chandler is the ONLY reason I will consider shopping with Safeway in the future.
