As of now I have had my solar panels up for 6 to 7 months. Customer service was great when they were selling me on them. They have yet to be turned on because NV energy took well over 4 months to come out to hook up the meter. When they did come out the installation failed inspection. Solar city never contacted me and has yet to fix the problem ,it's been 8 weeks since inspection failed , so I called Solar City and they had no answer for me. The rep I spoke to said he would look into it and call me back. Over 3 weeks later still no call back. Not sure why they wouldn't want to get them up and running but at this point I would rather just get rid of them, unfortunately that won't happen. Very dissatisfied with Solar City at this point. No communication and doesn't appear they have clue what they are doing. I will say after my review their customer service was much better and my system is up and running. So we will see if the savings are worth it. But things are much better with Solar City now.
