I had to drive all the way here because the other two branches "close" to my place were blocked by construction traffic and some sort of accident... The tellers were really friendly and helped me out with a couple questions I had, regarding my account... The parking lot leaves something to be desired... The three space lot leading to the front door is one way and if you're coming up New Bern, you're going the wrong way... There's another lot, but if you get to this one you've already passed it, so you have to do a whole circle around the building... There are two outside tellers lines and one ATM in the drive thru... There's also a walk up ATM beside the front door...
