This place is HORRIBLE! I went in here with my fiancée and my leash trained cat to buy a new cat tower.
The GM Glenda was an unbelievable Bitch to me and my cat. She told me that I couldn't have my leash trained cat in the store and how he couldn't be on the towers. I informed her that we were here to buy a new tower for him and that was our process to see which tower he liked the most. She stated in a very bitchy manner that she didn't care and that I needed to remove my cat or I can leave.
Needless to say I ended up just taking my cat to Petsmart and got a tower and food from there.
Funny thing was that we were also going to get cat food as well and she lost the store a $125 tower sale as well as about $90 in cat food.
The Petco people in Waldorf, MD loved seeing me and my cat come into the store and shop. We never had a bad experience until a few years ago.
DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!
