Very disappointed in this office. Been going to Desert Sun for over 3 years and have always had a good experience. Brought our newborn daughter in for her first appointment, arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. As we waited in the waiting area, overheard the receptionist answer a phone call with "can you please hold" and then she proceeded to chit chat with a nurse, nothing about work, just casual talk. A few minutes passed and she re answered the phone. We were called back 45 minutes after our appointment time, and then waited ANOTHER 20 minutes in the room before seeing the doctor. So we were at the office waiting for an hour and 15 min. Totally unacceptable especially with a newborn baby in a germ filled doctors office. We called a new pediatrician the minute we left and we will not be back!
