They seem very friendly and accomodating. I like the fact there was no up selling and a lot of games.
I got the car I requested and they actually will pick you up and take you back to your original destination if requested.
Marylyn was extremely polite and professional.
At the time we were inspecting the car we had a down pour and she noted the fact on my contract, thank god because when I got the car out of the rain I noticed a bunch of scratches on the car, I can't believe customers treat cars they don't own this way. The exterior of the car looked worse than my 2002 jeep, I mean way worse.
BTW I did call Marylyn and she made notes on my contract.
At this point in time I would definitely rent from them again.
