Great food, good drink specials, HORRIBLE service... I've been a server before and saw our beer sitting at the end of the bar, ready to go... TEN MINUTES later I had to walk up to the bartender and explain that I knew it was for our table..... He looks at the receipt and finally gives it to me.. Sad when you have to fight for your own beer!
