I seldom write reviews but this time I felt compelled. I thought the rude woman who claimed that she was the owner & could "do what (she) wants to do", was just having a bad day. I even called her back to give her some coaching since I truly want to support female entrepreneurs. She heartless thanked me, said business was fine and hung up on me. Really?! Clearly from these Yelp reviews (which I didn't see prior to my call with her), your business could be better. A company in the service industry is really only as good as the quality of their service, which includes customer service...which also includes your attitude! In this digital age which is also the age of the consumers, it baffles me that companies can be so arrogant and ignorant. Consumers have the power to chose where they spend their money, especially for services like "window washing" and if you can't differentiate yourselves or if you take common courtesy for granted, then consumers will chose to spend their money elsewhere. If it isn't impacting your business now, just keep on doing what you are doing... It will catch up. Disclaimer: I am not a customer and never will be after what I experienced from simply calling your "company".
