Total incompetence. I broke my glasses last week and my old prescription was still good. I wanted to skip the eye exam and just buy my glasses. Unfortunately, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with these people, talked to no less than 3 girls and 1 guy and they still couldn't get a copy of my prescription from my old doctor faxed over.
So, I went to Eyecare Center across the street and they took care of it in 30 minutes. My advice is that if you put somebody on hold, then have three different people pick up the phone and ask the same stupid question, don't laugh about it. It is not funny.
