I was down hard with the flu and my mother dragged me to this urgent care because she said the waits were usually short. We made an appointment for 10:45 and were seen at 12:00pm. The PA Kevin was nice enough. Asked good questions. Flu tested me. My discharge orders reference the prescription he said he'd call in. Only after I get home do I realize he never asked what pharmacy chain, not location, I'd like it sent too. No problem. I'll call and leave a message. I called no less than eight times over the course of two days, leaving a message each time and no one has called me back. I tried calling CVS several times to see if a prescription was called in, and nothing. Meanwhile I cannot afford another visit to the doctor because this one cost me 130 bucks and four days later I'm still raging fever and body pain Screw the lazy office staff. They're literally messing with my health. Both of these stars are got Kevin the PA he's nice enough. But the office the reason I am still out of work and struggling to feel well again. I am so disappointed and still feel so sick.
