Drive through review - no longer care about customer service... terrible staff, tried 4 times in the last month, won't go back
"Hazelnut light and sweet" ... how hard is that??? Impossible for them.... asking twice for sweetener selection and 3 times for milk option is the best they could do... I tried both week day and week end... early morning rush and 9 PM... didn't matter... they couldn't cope.
Twice I ordered toasted bagel and cream cheese... neither time they were actually toasted... maybe the toaster is set to "stale" but neither time they were actually brown or crunchy.
This location is 100 ft from Starbucks... 20 feet from Mc Donalds... you would think that they cared... that they would want to be more than the cheapest on the block... nope! They used to... not anymore!
