What an escape from the hellish heat and Vegas craziness!! Saturday at 1:00 is my weekly refuge. The class is for beginners and uses poses held for a minute or more to unwind, stretch, relax and restore. The instructor is great-helpful and non-judgmental with poses. Her voice and music is soothing and she seems to really know what she's doing. I almost hate to give the secret away because the place is not that big. The largest class I've been to was 7 of us and it was starting to get close.
Believe me, people...I'm not bendy and serenity is certainly NOT part of my daily mantra, but here I feel transformed. Here I find some peace
