I needed to fix one of my PAX tires, looking for a place that can do it I saw a review here that said they fix those tires, so I called yesterday to ask, the person who answered my call said they do that, he even ask for what brand of tires and what car it was, so I said ok I'll probably go tomorrow. So I called today to check if I needed to make an appointment. Kyle answered the phone and when I told him that I wanted to make and appointment to fix my PAX tire he said they don't do it, told him I called yesterday and he said they don't fix those tires. When I called the first time the guy said they do it for free. I wasn't looking for a free repair. Good thing I called before going. I already had a bad experience with this tire chain on a different store.
