I recently bought a humidifier for our furnace from Home Depot and afte the installation found out that the model I bought wasn't compatible with our furnace. I had Pete the plumber come out to see if they could do some bypass wiring to make it work. They said it couldn't be done. They did however recommend one of their own. At first I was sceptical thinking i was about to be gouged for two visits, a take down of the one I installed and an install off the new one. Nope, the tech told me that that visit would be free of charge, they would take down the existing one free of charge as well. This was impressive. They returned the next week and did a professional job at a reasonable price. I was also able to return the one I bought from Home Depot for a refund. Overall a good experience. I will use them again if in need of heating or plumbing services.
