I have been going to WVUC for several years. They seemed ok at first; however, over the last year, not so much. They don't care about anything other than money. Even with having an appointment with the PCP there, I still had to wait over an hour. Then the entire time with the doctor..... he just sat on the computer, barely listening to a word I said. Over the last year, I have been yelled at, laughed at, put down, and completely ignored by their PCP doctor (my illness causes me to have to go in every few months). Plus, every time I go in there, I have to fight with them about my insurance. They were always trying to charge me full price instead of my co-pay. It's ridiculous. I finally have had enough and am going to a different doctor. I will not go back here, regardless if its for the urgent care or the PCP. Nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.
