I don't usually write these reviews, but in this space I feel there are a lot of people who...can be less than honest. Lots of jokers & low cost leaders who lack service in this space - these guys are NOT one of them.
I ordered through their website at ushobby.com, which was clear, well laid out and clearly articulated. v2 vs v3 of the phantom vision plus were clearly marked. I ordered, paid through paypal and waited. The next business day I called as I wasn't going to be home to accept the order. The manager (Mike) fully vetted me to make sure I was who I said I was, changed the order address and had it out the same day. Nice!
Following day I realized that DJI had a special promo only good on certain days of the week (who does that?!?). I called up, explained the situation and Mike made it right - very honest and just good guys.
I can't recommend these guys enough - they are the real deal, with a real store and real customer service. By your drones here!
