This is the worst property management I have even come in contact with. From the phones never working and Clyda at the front desk who has no idea what the meaning of customer service is. There was no communication at any time of the this process, and if it weren't for my phone calls, we never would have spoken. Bob thought it was ok to omit certain important stipulations to the lease and seemed almost offended when I questioned them. In this case he called me a liar, when he was the one that lied on multiple occasions.
