Gordon Ramseys chain of restaurants is growing but the quality is slipping. Had the Sheppard's Pie and it was tasteless. Too much potato and not enough vegetables or meat. Used lots of salt and pepper to give it taste.
Tasted my friends shorts ribs and Risotto which was undercooked. This is something Ramsey rails against yet his restaurant violated it.
The atmosphere was good with an airy feeling and the service was average. For the price in Vegas on the strip it is a good deal.
