This place is a rip off . I rented a car to drive 1 way the Albuquerque and I made a reservation through southwest. I got there and they told me the car reserved was not in stock and I had to upgrade $100. So they told me to take or leave it but I had no choice . I took and then told I would take it up with there management. Well they were useless as well and would not. Refund my $100. Plus the car broke down on my trip they said they would Coe and pick up the car but I would have to go to the airport and get a new car. Well how do you get to the airport if you have no car? That was not there problem!!!!! WORST EVER!
