If you're reading this, then hopefully it's before you take your vehicle to this place for an oil change or any service. This was my first and will be the only time I take my car to a Jiffy Lube. This location has ruined the reputation for all of Jiffy Lube brand. They charged me $41 for an oil change that they never performed. My usual auto shop was fully booked and I needed an oil change, that's why I tried this Jiffy Lube. Now I have to pay for another oil change to have the oil actually changed. I agree with all the negative reviews posted. Wished I have taken the time to read them before I took my car in. I would give them "0" star if I could but since that's not an option, 1 star will have to do. These people are scammers. Save your hard earned money by taking your car somewhere else for service because you won't get any service here.
