This is one of my favorite thrift stores I love the vintage clothes they have in this location always the perfect delicate lace items. There prices are awesome and there is always a sale on top of the low prices. Majority of the staff is older women and they all seem to be really polite... I stoped in today to browse on my way home and when opening the door there was an employee standing in front of the jewelry counter closest to the front entrance... she immediately looked at me and ROLLED HER EYES... I awkwardly said hello confused as if me walking in the door had offended her. I headed towards the furniture section where I was very politely greeted by a very sweet older Native or Hispanic woman. She told me sales today and asked if I was looking for anything special. She was a delight. I then headed to the clothing side and the same customer service woman just ignored me... I found two items, tried them on without any assistance and from the rude woman at the door. I proceeded to head to the register and noticed there was a sign saying to check in on yelp for Facebook for 10% off! What a great deal considering nothing I was purchasing was on sale today! I let her know I had just checked in, she rolled her eyes at me again !! & said nothing...!! Just punching the cash register! She then uttered my total. I handed her my card and she asked for I.d which I provided and another woman bagged my items. I then asked for her name and she said " oh mine " realizing this yelp review would be coming shortly. CAROL IS BY FAR THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WORKING AT THAT LOCATION. I frequently stop in here maybe once a week. And she is always rude!!! My mother taught me to respect my elders which is why it's taken me so long to even muster up the courage to ask her name after receiving rude treatment each time. But today I had it...Carol needs a talking too. For the sake of your customers and future reviews like This one !! one star for the cleanliness of the store, one for the consistently awesome items and another for always having a sale! Carol and her horrible distasteful attitude kept this location from receiving 5.
