This is a review only for the train station, not for Amtrak or its services. The station is small, outdated, does not have enough parking, and is located in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the country. If you take a train out of here, have someone drop you off. Besides the limited parking, I would not want to leave my car here. One great thing about this station though is the view of Uptown Charlotte from the platform, especially at night.
