God. What a mistake! Stay away from this property management!!!! These people are terrible! I literally will send in requests to fix any problems with the house (there was plenty), but they are so hard to deal with and the repairs take months. The electricity has been out in my bathroom for 8 months and still no one has come to fix it. When we first moved in, the air conditioning didn't work for the first month, in the middle of summer. My family just replaced all the lights and filters in the house, and they said they won't reimbursement us. There was maybe 3 lights that actually worked. Also! Forget about asking to babysit your family or friends pets, because they will charge you $500 per pet if they find out! These people dont care about you or your living experience under their management. They just want your money and will find ways to get more from you. If I could give them zero stars I would.
