The sales associates are very impatient and not helpful at all. I was asking is there any current promotion in store since it was Black Friday, they seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to answer my questions by not even looking me in the eye straightly. He was like cleaning the table aside and talking to me at the same time! I was like talking to his side face during the whole conversation.... okay... Is that how kiehls treat their customers? I ended up got my stuff from Nordstrom cuz I don't wanna stay in this store not even a second.
