A house near ours is for sale by this brokerage firm, Jeff Ganz is the agent. House pending sale and the owners moved out. The pool turned green and we called Mr. Ganz from the name off of the sign. Mr. Ganz called back extremely defensive saying the owners were out of town but an inspection was done a week ago and the pool was fine. Absolutely little regard for the people continuing to live by this house. I have never experienced a real estate agent with this type of attitude but will clearly stay away from Mr. Ganz in the future.
