I stopped in at the one on Bell Rd bc it was close to my house. What I wanted was out of stock. This one is FAR from my house so I called to check stock...the automated phone message told me to go online, add it to my cart, go to online checkout, select store pick up.... So I did.... The website indicated it was in stock... I drove an hour to the store...it...wasn't....on...the...shelf... I found an associate, I told her the situation & asked to check if it was in stock, just out of place. She said "nope we don't have any"... I said your website says you do. She looked again, then said, "sometimes it's slow to update, we don't have any, and haven't sold one all day, so..." NO offer to order one, NO offer to tell me when more will arrive.... Welp, FUCK frys. No wonder they have so many reviews and only 2.5 stars.
