Nice small airport. Good clean airport. Very friendly staff and small lines on security. Hourly parking is right opposite the departure/arrival gate.
Allegaint airlines - cheaper tickets, good service. Please print your boarding pass from home or download the app of the airlines for electronic boarding pass. One small backpack is free to carry along.
Security - there is no separate lane for TSA PRECHECK. You would spend approximately 15 mins in the line which is not to bad compare to sky harbor.
Restaurant - there is none at the airport. So bring your food and beverage.
Distance - I live in north Scottsdale it's about 45 mins drive to the airport with light traffic if you go early morning.
I loved it! Airport just like in good old days!
