Today I had a wonderful experience with Sprint. I entered the store the day before to inquire about switching providers and to speak to a representative about the specials they currently have going on. I was soooooo lucky to have Elisa help me. She went TOTALLY out of her way to make sure that ever single aspect of my decision to switch providers was eased in my mind. She graciously allowed me to contact her personally with questions before I visited her today and went 1000 extra miles to make sure that when I left today, I left knowing it made the right choice. She is truly a "Pay it Forward"'person. I wish there could be more Elisa's out there. Class act! My name changed for person reasons. Thanks Elisa and thank you Sprint for awesome customer service. Very rare this days. Your own personal gem!!
