We've been staying here for years when we visit family. The hotel in our opinion has gone down a bit since we've started staying here 10 years ago. We checked a little over a week ago and have HORRIBLE problems with logging on the internet. The Marriott site does not show the normal WiFi across so we can't log on. We've talked with many managers, staff, tech support etc. they are no help and just say call Tech Support. I googled to see if this was a problem with the Marriott brand and I found they changed their internet May 1st. Not sure if they upgraded, went with a different provider..........they seem to have no information or if they do, their not commenting. We have two laptops that can only log onto an open Network. Their is no way to get on a secure network here. This will be our last time staying here. They don't even want to help. Their are plenty of other hotels and we will choose one of them next time.
