I was referred here by my very good Dentist for a consult. Before setting the appointment they confirmed I had dental coverage and the amounts it would pay. They then confirmed the appointment. Ok, that is routine these days. Upon arrival, I was given their payment policy requiring PAYMENT IN FULL IN ADVANCE, Or leave a credit card on file. yes even with insurance. I was ok paying for this in advance but then the real reason for wanting a credit card on file became clear. They next asked me to sign, still before before my first consult, if I was ever late for an appointment, I would be fined $50, and if I missed an appointment, without 2 business day notice, they would charge me ( my card on file) $150.00. So i've never missed a Dentist appt, but have almost missed several. One thing is for sure, I never get notice of business emergencies. So, they made themselves exceedingly clear. Were their guarantee's they would be timely? None. Were there guarantees of their work? Not if you read their Disclosure and Conset forms...But, . Will ALWAYS GET THEIR MONEY? Yes.
