Worst restaurant experience ever!!!! 20 minutes to get a table, 20 minutes to get a beer that was on tap, 60 minutes to get food & we had to send food back because it was horrible, the whole place was terribly run... management blamed it all on one person not showing up to work that day, but I find it hard to believe that 1 person could impact every aspect of the service. People were pissed and leaving. Then they sat 3 very drunk men in the middle of everyone and they actually served them alcohol... as you might expect they were so out of control that a fight nearly broke out & only after many customer complaints did the manager kick them out... then another 30 minutes to get our check. Unbelievable!!! Manager promised to follow up with patrons the next day... 3 days later still no contact, so posting my review. Not ok to treat customers the way we all were that night.
