I recently had my pool refinished by ROW and they did a fantastic job. I called 3 companies out for bids and they were all relatively close to each other. I chose ROW because of the professionalism and thoroughness of the sales guy. He explained the entire process and outlined what to expect. It was very windy and he even warned me to expect delays due to the wind as they can't plaster when it's windy. Our project was delayed by about a week due to weather but I would rather them postpone the job and do it right instead of just proceeding and it turning out poorly. They took what looked like a swamp and turned it into a 5 star pool. Originally, I wasn't sure the pool could be saved and now I'm considering charging admission because of how good it looks.
