It was the Wednesday of the second week of my new job when I smelled gas around my car. I was on Center Ridge in Rocky River so pulled into a well known auto repair and told them I had a gas leak. They said they were booked until Friday and sorry they couldn't help me and watched me get back in my car and drive away. I looked on Yelp and found Zeppetella with 5 star reviews. I called and Roy answered and said they were slammed and booked until Friday too but he wanted to know what seemed to be the problem. I said I think I have a gas leak. He said bring it in right away and we'll look at it. Turns out it was a major gas leak and dangerous for me to be driving. I thought WOW they really cared and were concerned for me the person. They fixed my car and also changed my oil, fixed a tail light that was out and one of my headlights. When I got the bill I was so surprised at how reasonable and affordable it was. I was soo impressed with Tony the owner and his team because not only did they do a wonderful job on my car they are wonderful people that really care. I have been recommending them to everyone! I feel so blessed to have found this place and will always take my car here from now on.
