I work just down the street from this location. Generally they have done good with the service and product. However this morning, was not the norm. In the drive through, I ordered a Triple Grande Mocha and Lemon Loaf slice. When I got to work, I found the Lemon Loaf was literally broken in pieces facing in all directions. It apparently broke at some point and they shoved it all in the bag. Just like "Leo Gets" in the Lethal Weapon movie..... (you know the saying as he goes through the drive through!). Based on todays experience, I would have given only one star. I was nice only because they have done well on numerous previous visits.
