I purchased a Dust Mite Cover from this online company and was told it had a lifetime warranty that came with it. I've had the item since May 2012 however didnt' start using it until October 2012 and in December 2012 it started falling apart. I contacted Activeforever.com on 12/20/12 for the first time and have yet to get anyone to help me. I have asked for a refund because the company that manufactured the Dust Mite Cover is no longer one of their customers and they refused. I have also contacted BBB and am awaiting a resolution. Trying to call this company is a joke. They either don't answer the phone or they say they will call you back and never do.
