The staff range from punks to grannies. It's tough to find a front line employee here that actually appears to like their job at CLE.
The ramp staff is the worst. Land, taxi, be on time or even early and they're never ready. It's as if you had to wake the ground staff up from a slumber and alert them that the plane is actually here.
Such a contrast to Continental and Southwest where you see their groundstaff working with a sense of urgency.
