My buddy has been to this store several times, loved it, and referred me. I went to their website to get idea of what they have. Found jacket I liked and it was on sale too! Website says they are in Cosmopolitan so I drove over. They had the jacket in my size but sale price was not marked on it. Showed their website to salesman and he said no problem, they would honor it, imagine that, they would honor their own ad? Gave him cash and said check me out and he came back and said it was more money. They could not and would not honor their advertised sale price. The manager explained the sale price was only for online purchases. I asked why their website didn't state that anywhere but received no answer. I canceled the purchase and left. Back in my hotel I reviewed their website again and it states that purchases can be shipped or free in store pick up is available. I then purchased the same jacket online, stated I would pick it up in store, received the advertised sale price, and could drive a mile to the store I had tried to buy it at earlier and pick it up? I canceled the transaction of course and am amazed at the lack of ethics, common sense, and customer service this store displayed.
