This place has gone way downhill... lose clothes... takes forever to find... unfriendly service... ignore the customer lines... Final straw ironing in a tire stain on a pair of pants that cannot be corrected now. No apology to my wife when dropped off to fix and charged again to fix what they screwed up. Been using this cleaner for years due to convenience of location. Was good until ownership changed a while back. Since than just endured the horrible service. No more as I find nothing Premier about this cleaners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANER TO ANYONE!
