Customer service is KEY in any place. Today I walked into sweet addictions and wasn't greeted by the only employee working. I stood there for about 10 minutes until I said something. The girl still didn't help me. I had ordered an ice cream sandwich cake and all I needed was to pick it up. I will never buy anything for this location again. When a customer walks in they should always be greeted, even if you are helping another customer.
