My wife and I recently attended the "Wedding Zinger" Adult Swim as part of a Birthday Weekend Celebration. This was not our first time visiting the Madison Children's Museum, however, it was our first visit to one of the "Adult Swim" functions that are held by the Museum for guests 21 and older. The staff put on a great event, and the caters and business partners also made the event very special. What a great way to get to the see the museum on a whole different level... Taking part in the exhibits, creating art in the art lab, and actually getting some hands on time with some of the amazing exhibits without getting a sideways glance from a 7 year old... (or their parents...) It was a blast. It is an adult event, so adult type beverages were served... Where else can you explore and play like a kid, while enjoying a cold beer and a slice of pizza?? :) Check their website for information on future Adult Swim events.
