Rice-to-go is a no frills Chinese take out place that has fairly good food for a pretty good price. It's nothing special, but it proved to be a pretty good quick lunch while at work option. My only real complaint is that the lady behind the counter wasn't welcomingly friendly. She wasn't rude by any means, just a bit awkward.
