I purchased a Groupon to check this place out, because I was shopping for guns and thought renting a few would be helpful. The staff was nice and helpful (at first), but the guns are so poorly maintained that I could only fire a single shot before they would misfire. I traded that one in for another, but the sight was so far off that no one could hit a target at all. 4 guns later, but only 1/2 hour into the range time, I gave up in frustration, and started looking at the models they had for sale. The guys were helpful, and didn't check me out, because they were waiting to see if I would buy something. That's when they told me they would apply my Groupon payment to a purchase if I made one. It was a $50 offer, so I agreed. Now I could have purchased a gun from these guys on their own website for less, but the offer compelled me. So I started the paperwork, was approved, and as we are getting the payment rung up they tell me they cannot refund the price, but they will give me a voucher to come back for range time. That's $15 folks. I don't know this at he time, because--Groupon--I didn't know the price. I found out today when I went back to try my new, over priced and sales pressured gun out. I had planned on purchasing some ear protection, grips, bags, etc. but I won't give them any more money. Bait and Switch sucks, and their ammo is grossly overpriced too.
